Galaxy Hotel Iraklio

The breakfast team, led by Anna, made each morning feel easy and welcoming. They were gracious and professional, and took care with every detail. Zoe and Michales at the front desk set the same tone from the start: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made me feel valued, and I really appreciated how understanding they were and how willing they were to go above and beyond. Even the technician was prompt, courteous, and professional, handling things efficiently while keeping up the same level of hospitality. Service was thoughtful and sincere throughout my stay, the kind of care that’s rare and hard to forget.

The rooms were the quietest and most comfortable I had during my whole 16-day tour. The updated TVs were a nice touch, and the pillows and sheets were wonderfully soft. I really enjoyed the buffet arranged for our group; everything was fresh and tasty, especially the beautiful desserts. Breakfast was just as good, with fresh eggs and plenty of choices. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

The restaurant was superb, with wonderful food and impeccable service in a luxurious setting. We also want to thank the whole hotel team for their care and hard work. At reception, Anthi, Kliti, Pavlos, Zoe and Kiki were warm, attentive, and so professional. Their welcome made me feel at ease from the very first moment. Thanks again, and we look forward to seeing you soon! Raya and Alexander Tsimanis

At Galaxy Hotel in Crete, Anna, the restaurant manager, made our meals feel like celebrations. She was warm, attentive, and professional from the moment we arrived, and her care made the whole dining experience memorable. She suggested local specialties, made sure every detail was right, and greeted us with a radiant smile. You can tell she cares about her work and her guests. Galaxy Hotel is lucky to have her leading the restaurant team, and we feel lucky to have met her. We can’t imagine our time in Crete without her thoughtful presence. Highly recommend!
