We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Crete. The staff were attentive, helpful and responsive throughout. Mornings and evenings on the balcony were a favourite, and the area felt safe and welcoming. We could walk to everything we wanted to do, and parking was manageable, with a few spaces outside, more on nearby streets and a garage close by. We first stayed in a Superior Suite on our first night in Crete, then came back for our final two nights in a Junior Suite. Both were spacious and comfortable, just as pictured.

The apartment was clean, modern and spacious, with all the amenities. Having private parking was a huge help, especially since spaces are hard to find. It's 200m away, but well worth it if you're driving. If you rent a car, I'd skip an SUV and choose something compact, since some roads are really narrow.

We were welcomed warmly and given a full introduction to the place. The room was spotless and felt like a little apartment, with top-quality furnishings and a jacuzzi on the balcony. The view is fairly basic, though. It's well located for getting to all the main spots in Heraklion. Really nice stay, highly recommend.

The terrace with its sea view was a lovely place to relax with friends the night after our wedding. We stayed at Porta Suites on the nights before and after the wedding, and our "Premium Suite Sea View with Outdoor Jetted Tub" was perfect for getting ready and taking photos. It was luxurious, newly built, and made a beautiful backdrop for those special moments. We also loved the outdoor jetted tub. Our suite was spotless and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had what we needed. The location was convenient for the beautiful sandy beaches and Heraklion airport. Porta Suites exceeded our expectations for comfort, luxury and convenience. The deluxe suites would suit couples, families and groups of friends, and we'd highly recommend staying here in Heraklion.
