Sunshine Villa with Private Pool

We had a very pleasant stay at Studio Sun 365 by Estia, a small place with everything we needed. The owner was very friendly and greeted us with wine, raki and a large fruit basket. There’s a lovely view from the little balcony. It’s in a very quiet spot outside the village, and we didn’t realise right away on arrival that it’s the first house on the street. The living and dining area has a small kitchen with a cooker, sink and fridge-freezer, but no oven, microwave or dishwasher. The bed is in this same room. There’s a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, a kettle and air conditioning. A small wardrobe has an open clothes rail and two drawers. Space is limited, but it was enough for us. Next time we’d bring sharp knives and tea towels. The toilet and washbasin are in a separate room, with towels, solid hand soap and plenty of toilet paper. The shower is in its own separate room, accessed from the living room. On the balcony there’s a small table, two chairs and a clothes horse. Take clothes pegs, as the wind can get strong even though the balcony is sheltered. The balcony door has a mosquito screen that also keeps out cats. The place was generally very clean, though we would have liked the toilet and floor cleaned a little better.
