Filerimos Village - All Inclusive

The hotel had a great atmosphere and was a really pleasant place to relax. Barbara and Iva at the bar deserve a special thank you. They were friendly, professional, and always smiling, and served delicious drinks. Olivia and Christian, the animators, brought lots of energy and friendliness too. They were dedicated to their work, and thanks to them there was always something going on each day.

Barbara and Iva at the bar made us feel welcome from the start. They're polite, friendly, empathetic, and always smiling. They take a real interest in guests and ask how the day is going, so you feel appreciated. Their drinks were tasty too, and their service was attentive, professional, and authentic. I was very happy with the experience. Olivia and Christian, the animators, were also wonderful. They're cheerful, friendly, and full of positive energy. They regularly check in with guests and show a genuine interest in tourists, which helps everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Their enthusiasm and kindness made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a really great stay at Worda. The food was delicious, and the service was lovely. There’s a bus stop just a few steps away, with a 25-minute ride to Rodos. You can also do a short half-day walk through the forest to Filerimos monastery. The rooms are pretty standard, but the outdoor area is spacious and cozy, with plenty of room for everyone at the start of high season.

Peeling paint from the ceilings fell onto our clothes and bags during the stay. That was completely unacceptable and left us worried about the hotel’s upkeep and safety. We also found cleaners in our room even though the “Do Not Disturb” sign was clearly on the door. The food was poor, with very little variety and usually just one meat option. Desserts and cakes were disappointing, and between 2pm and 5pm the only snack was ice cream in stale cones. Drinks were just as limited: for children and non-drinkers, the soft drink choices were cola or lemonade, and many drinks seemed flat or heavily watered down. There was barely any evening entertainment. It was children’s karaoke or a dance party every night until around 11pm, then the music stopped and the bar closed. Once, the pool bar was shut for the whole evening, so we had to walk across the hotel for a drink. Several staff members had a rude attitude. Some female bar staff made inappropriate comments to me and ignored my partner when she tried to order. Staff often seemed unwilling to help or unhappy to be there. Service was inconsistent too: we were told beer wasn’t available, then saw the next guest get one moments later. When we brought our complaints to management, they didn’t take them seriously or ask properly what was going wrong. They seemed more focused on getting charges paid to our room straight away, even though we’d been told we could settle them at checkout. No one tried to sort out our concerns. We can’t understand how this place is marketed as a 4-star hotel. It ruined what was meant to be a very important holiday for us, and we were extremely disappointed with what we got for the price. We’d strongly advise people to avoid staying here.
