The hotel is close to shops and restaurants, and the beach is about a one minute walk away. They even provide towels for the beach sunbeds. Buses to Rhodes city can come every hour, and you can rent a car from the hotel or nearby, so there are plenty of ways to relax or explore. We really enjoyed our 10 days here. Everyone working at the hotel was extremely kind and friendly, and we’d love to return. Thanks for such a pleasant stay, we loved it!

Even though a lot around the hotel was still closed when we arrived for the start of the season, the staff kept living up to their “Time to smile” motto. The service was amazing. After a walk or a day trip, reception and bar staff would greet us and ask how it went, then share useful tips to make the stay better. They gave us some great ideas for day trips. We’d even come back to find our fresh towels folded into little animals.

The beds were VERY uncomfortable, and the air conditioning had problems. It didn’t cool the room enough in the heat and sometimes switched itself off for no reason. When it did run, it was past midnight, and having it blowing on me all night left me with a cold and sore throat. We were there for a week. Apart from two male servers, the service didn’t feel welcoming, and we got nasty looks. Room service walked in while someone was showering, apparently thinking it was funny. Later they got upset with us after forgetting how many keycards they’d given us. By the end, we were tiptoeing around because we were afraid they’d kick us out.

The crew were so friendly and always glad to help, and our room was comfortable and clean. The beach and restaurants are just a couple of minutes away. We had a wonderful holiday here. If we come back to Rhodes, this is the place we’ll choose!
