4k GEM

The host was friendly and went out of the way to share useful information. The apartment has a cosy feel, and its three levels somehow brought an Amsterdam house to mind. The large 4K TV with Netflix was a treat, and the WiFi worked reliably on every floor. It was quiet at night despite being right in the heart of town. Restaurants, shops, and attractions were all within walking distance, and a fantastic beach was only about three minutes away on foot. The place itself was new, very clean, and well equipped with plenty of amenities. I’ve just checked out and was impressed with the quality. I’d happily recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, convenient stay in central Ierapetra.

There’s a supermarket and bakery nearby, and we could walk to both the beach and the city centre. We also found parking right in front of the house easily every day. The house is very clean throughout, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It’s a lovely place for a holiday, with three levels linked by an inside staircase, so watch your head when going up and down. If we return to Ierapetra, we’d choose it again.

Lovely place with a lot of taste, but the staircase is very narrow and dangerous. It only works for people without mobility issues, and for those staying without children or babies. There are much cheaper places to stay in Ierapetra, so this felt overpriced.

We had a great stay in this beautiful, spotless, fully equipped apartment. 4K GEM is very close to both the beach and the city centre.
