Cresanto Luxury Suites

The breakfast was hard to beat, with a buffet and different menus each day, and we had our own Jacuzzi. Whenever we sat by the pool, staff brought us free cold water, and drinking water was provided at the hotel too. They also had toothpaste and toothbrushes in the room. Carrefour is right in front, and the resort is close to everywhere we wanted to go. As soon as we arrived, the staff came out to help with our luggage from the cab. We had such a great time and really appreciated the amazing service.

The hotel ended up being the best part of our Santorini stay. We spent two nights in the presidential suite as a treat, and the room, heated plunge pool, and facilities were fantastic. The head waiter, whose name we unfortunately forgot to note, made us feel so welcome and spoiled, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Our arranged taxi had already left when we reached the port, but one call to reception and another taxi arrived within minutes. We’d recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a bit of luxury at a reasonable price.

The only thing I could fault was the pool heat. Since the private pool is heated, it felt like soup in the middle of the day, and I wish you could turn the heating on and off. Aside from that, it was an amazing five-star stay with all the bells and whistles. The staff were really friendly and happy to help with anything, from a rental car to restaurant tips.

Watching the sunrise over the Aegean Sea from our spacious, spotless, elegantly decorated room was one of the best parts of the trip. It made each morning feel peaceful and a bit magical. The facilities were excellent, and breakfast was fresh, generous, and full of local flavors. From arrival on, the staff greeted us warmly and looked after us with polite, attentive service. Everything exceeded our expectations. I’ve nothing but praise and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel in Santorini to anyone who wants to relax, enjoy beautiful sunrises, and be treated with genuine care.
