It’s a beautiful location, but I had a terrible experience and would avoid staying here. Although the booking covered all fees, staff demanded an extra €10 as “tax.” I believe this was a blatant lie. The man pocketed the cash in front of us and refused to give us any kind of receipt. We reported what happened and left a review, but Booking.com didn’t respond. The place is badly mismanaged, and I felt we’d been cheated.

All the rooms face the caldera, and Fira is about a 40-minute walk along the coast, with lovely views and plenty of chances to take photos on the way. There’s a public bus right outside. It’s an updated, friendly hotel at a reasonable price.

Maria, you’re an angel. The staff were all wonderful, and the view was beautiful. I loved this place and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Brilliant service, 10 out of 10. ❤️

The location was lovely, but the honeymoon suite, room 102, had several problems when we arrived: stains on the table, a bathroom door that wouldn’t stay open, a loose TV bracket leaving the screen tilted, and a broken, torn blind. The owner blamed us for damaging the blind, even though it was already broken on arrival. I spoke with Helen the owner by phone, but she was rude and refused a refund. We stayed for just an hour before finding somewhere much better, which I’d highly recommend. We paid 1,100 euros, and it wasn’t worth that at all. I’d never stay here again.

We had a gorgeous time here and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in Santorini. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was gorgeous. From our balcony we could watch the sunset over the caldera. I’d recommend it 100%. 💙🤍💙
