The owner greeted me warmly, and the room felt modern and practical. I especially liked the two layers of blinds, since they let me make the windows completely dark. In the shower, though, water splashed out because there was no curtain. The hot water was limited too, so after one shower you have to turn the heater back on, and it takes a long while to get warm enough.

The location is a little secluded, though you can drive to Ioannina. The room for four on the upper floor was extremely uncomfortable. The AC didn’t work properly, and there was a strong moldy smell.

The Perama caves are just around the corner, and Yiannena town is a short drive away. We came over from Corfu for only a couple of days, and guesthouse Tsironis was just what we needed: a spacious, quiet, clean, well-kept room with three single beds, a kitchenette and a private bathroom. The owner and staff were helpful. We could have used a saucepan and a bit more cutlery and crockery. We managed fine, but anyone planning to cook may need to bring extra things. Can highly recommend it. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

We stayed here in transit. The owner was kind and helpful. There isn’t a restaurant right nearby, but it’s only about five minutes away by car. I’m not sure what there is to do around the place.

The owner’s special service made our visit to Ioannina really enjoyable. The accommodation has large rooms with modern furniture, plus a kitchen and Wi-Fi. Some rooms also have a fireplace.
