The view from up there is breathtaking, and the food was great too. Our hosts were so welcoming, cheerful, and quick to help. Thanks for everything!

The breakfast was a highlight, with lots of local dishes and generous portions, all delicious. We loved having coffee and breakfast while looking out over the lake of ioannina. Our balcony had a breathtaking view as well, and the room was spacious and very clean. We were even given a free upgrade from twin beds to a double and a single. It was peaceful and quiet, with free parking too. The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from Ioannina, and although we arrived at midnight, someone was there to greet us and show us to our room.

There’s a lovely view from the hotel, and the service was good. The place itself is nice, with parking available and a breakfast bar/caffe where you can sit and take in the view.

The staff were super friendly, and breakfast was superb. The rooms are cozy and nice, with spectacular views over the lake and city of Ioannina.

The room was just as described, with a magnificent view, and it was very warm during our winter visit. We also found the distance to Ioannina town acceptable, and there was parking. The owners were polite and helpful, and breakfast was very nice. I’d sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the territory of epirus.
