The room was roomy and clean, with a soft bed, fridge, AC, and TV, and there was parking. It's also very close to the cave and lake. The entrance was left unlocked, which made me a bit paranoid. The neighbourhood seemed safe, but I'd feel better if you had to enter a code.

There is free private parking and Wi-Fi, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well heated. The property is in Perama, near the entrance to Perama cave, about a 10-minute drive from Ioannina city center.

A very clean and inexpensive place to sleep, with a very polite host who can give recommendations. Perama cave is just 100 metres away, and it's a beautiful natural monument worth seeing.
