The host Eleni lives on the premises and is professional, friendly, and personable. The remodeled rooms were VERY CLEAN. It's centrally located, with a fabulous view of the main town, but sits on a side street that cuts down on most of the noise.

The balcony was a real favorite, and the location was perfect: about a five-minute walk to Chora and within walking distance of the beaches. The owner and her son were lovely and very attentive, and they answered our booking.com questions quickly. You get what you pay for, and it was good value for money. I'd recommend it if you're after cheap accommodation in Ios.

For our Cyclades trip, this was the most affordable place we stayed, at 46€ per night booked through Expedia. Our stay at Ios Fantasy was good. The room was small but clean. It's close to Chora without being inside it, which was nice since Ios is a party island and can get noisy at night. There weren't any shared spaces to sit in. It's basically the owners' house, with the little guest rooms built around it.

The staff were helpful and the hotel was close to Chora, about 3-5 minutes away, but the room was a little small, especially the bathroom. The owner's behavior was disrespectful and she was rude, to say the least. When I needed to use the bathroom, she sent me to a room where people lived. I'd suggest choosing another hotel for your holiday. Don't waste your money on IOS FANTASY!!

The people running this family place are warm and welcoming, and the stay itself was beautiful. Easily the best place to stay in Ios for me. I’d happily come back and definitely recommend it.
