10/10
The hotel itself is clean and has been renovated decently, with comfortable beds and a good breakfast. The service was great, and both the price and location were good. Most of the negative reviews that bring down the average seem to be about the pool. I'd definitely recommend it.

The pool was a real bonus, and the beds were much softer than at the other places on our tour. This was the nicest place we stayed. If you're unsure how to use the AC, just ask someone.

We stayed three nights, and the hotel suited what we needed perfectly. The staff were lovely and helpful, breakfast was nice, and I enjoyed a swim in the pool.

The room was cold, with no heating and not enough blankets, and I could feel the mattress springs. Noise from the road and other rooms was an issue, the security box was broken, and the water wasn't very hot in the morning. Reception could've been friendlier. The cleaners were the best part, they did a great job and cleaned the room every day.

There was a lovely lounge with a screen, plus a decorated area with three or four tables and a sofa that felt like a garden. You could sit and enjoy a drink there. Breakfast was free, everything wrapped up in a very reasonable price, and there was free Wi-Fi too. The room was decent and clean. I only booked for a day, arriving early in the afternoon, and the hotel was quiet with no crowds and lots of greenery around. It felt discreet and ideal for relaxing or working on a laptop. The staff were friendly, chatty, and did all they could to make me comfortable. I stayed until noon the next day, and the time passed pleasantly. It's not at the top of my list, but it's one of my favorites. If I need a room around there, in lykovrisi or neo iraklio, I know where to go. I felt very comfortable and hope to come back someday.
