The hosts made us feel looked after from the start, with quick, professional replies and a genuinely warm manner. The villa itself was spotless and well cared for, and looked just as good as the photos, maybe even better. Its modern, tasteful interiors still felt welcoming, and the private outdoor areas were comfortable and quiet. We loved having a clear pool for sunny afternoons, and the setting gave us lovely views while keeping us close to what we needed. Our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d happily come back. A great choice for a comfortable, high quality stay.

Panos really took care of our group of 13 during our September 2025 stay. He arranged drivers, catering, and quad biking, and kept in touch brilliantly throughout. The villa is also wonderfully peaceful and tucked away, with two lovely beaches about a two minute walk away and bars and restaurants nearby. The outdoor bar and dining area worked great for us, and each room had its own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed, and Panos brought anything that was missing. Cleaners came daily to refresh towels and bedding, and even left everyone a gift. It was just perfect, and I’d highly recommend it. Thanks you!

Panos was quick to respond whenever we needed him, and Blue Eye is even more impressive in person. The villa has amazing views and is modern, with plenty of room for my party of 13 to stay comfortably. There are several restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. I can’t wait to visit again.

The hosts are a lovely couple who will help with whatever they can, and they made us feel very welcome. We spent a week at the villa and enjoyed the view, with two beaches just a 2-5 minute walk away. Agia Anna Beach is only 100m from the villa, and we thought its water was the best on the island. We also visited Paradise, Super Paradise, Kalo Livadi, Namos, and Kalafati.

The villa was cleaned every day, and having amenities provided made the stay feel almost like a hotel. Communication was fantastic, and the location is great, just steps from Spilia and a beautiful beach. Highly recommend!
