Mileo Mykonos Hotel

One small letdown was the shared pool, which was cold because it wasn't heated. Breakfast was tasty and there was an à la carte menu, but the buffet offered the same limited selection each day of our 8-night stay. We expected a bit more variety from a 5* hotel, though perhaps the end-of-season timing played a part. We stayed late in the season, when the hotel wasn't full, in a stylish, modern room with access to a shared pool. The interior felt luxurious, and the facilities included a fitness area, sauna and indoor pool, with activities ranging from massages to boat trips. Staff could arrange cars, scooters and other reservations. At check-in we shared our preferences on a short form, and the hotel thoughtfully tried to meet them. The reception team were always available and helpful, and we had no major problems during our stay. Thanks to Simone and Katerina for their kind, professional help 🙂.

The people working at Mi Leo hotel are what make it stand out among the luxury hotels around it. They were kind, efficient, full of information, and always willing to help. My boyfriend and I often found they were already anticipating what we might need. I can't thank them enough. Customer service matters so much to me, and even after staying at several 5 star places around the world, nowhere else has come close to this team's care. I honestly can't find a single fault with our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room and facilities were great, but the service is what I'll remember most. The food was so good that we didn't explore Mykonos as much as we'd planned. I hope the owner knows what an asset this staff is. The staff made our week unforgettable, always smiling, welcoming and available. The hotel itself is gorgeous, pristine, very clean and well located, and the food was delicious. We tried more or less everything over the week. If I'm being picky, breakfast could change from time to time, although it already had a delicious and very wide selection. The gym is tiny, but packed with equipment.

We loved unwinding on our decking or in the jacuzzi, looking out across the hills. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were friendly, attentive and full of helpful recommendations. They were happy to sort out anything we needed. We were there for our 10 year anniversary, and they left balloons, chocolate and a bottle of fizz in the room. Thank you! The restaurant food was delicious too, especially the octopus. We drink a lot, particularly after using the gym and sauna, so the drinking water wasn't quite enough for us. There was one bottle in the room and small cartons in the gym, and we were advised against drinking tap water. The nearby shop wasn't all that close, so we bought large bottles there. When we mentioned it, the team listened and changed the room supply to two 750ml bottles instead of one. Thanks! One of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, and the team made it special.
