Feevos Hotel

We only found an acceptable room on the third offer. The first two were below what I'd expect even from a budget hotel, and the photos make the hotel rooms look roomier than they are. The staff were nice, but there didn't seem to be proper rooms available to help us with. The building needs maintenance, and the furniture could use repair.

Backpackers might manage here, but I wouldn't call this a three-star hotel. It feels closer to one. The rooms smell strongly of smoke, the bathroom fans squeal, and the place needs serious upkeep. Water damage was obvious in the bathroom, the AC leaked into the room, and the shower nozzle seemed to point every which way.

The location is the one good thing. The place was old and dirty, cleanliness was very poor, and the tiny bath was uncomfortable to use.

I wouldn't come back or recommend the hotel, mainly because of the manager and the shuttle mess. Our reservation photos clearly said airport transport both ways was included, but the female manager denied it when we arrived and acted like I was making it up. We spent an hour looking for the shuttle, then paid 70 euros each way. Air Canada should revisit its agreement with this hotel, since we had to spend a lot more on top of what we'd already paid. The manager argued again about the shuttle and raised her voice. She was rude and argumentative. Coffee was only available from 8 to 10 AM; we had it once, then at checkout she demanded 4 euros, saying it wasn't free. The bathroom water leaked, and there was no wifi most of the time. The whole experience was unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
