I told reception within minutes of arriving that I was disappointed and would cancel and find somewhere else. Although I hadn't used the room and had booked directly with the hotel, they refused a refund. I emailed several times asking for at least 75% back and never got a reply. I lost money on a stay I didn't use. I'd booked a Superior Sea View room for a relaxing three-night weekend, but there was no sea view. The balcony was barely usable, nowhere to sit and enjoy the evening as I'd expected. The room felt more like a hostel than a superior hotel room, with sparse furnishings, an uncomfortable shower, and a generally underwhelming feel. The photos are very deceiving, and the service felt unprofessional.

Shops, bars, and restaurants are close by, and public transport is within walking distance. A taxi is only a phone call away. The staff were really friendly, and my room was cleaned every day. I had a great stay, thank you!

The room was comfortable, though the shower was really small, and breakfast had plenty to choose from. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It's convenient for the waterfront beaches and the Cultural Centre, with local shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby. Piraeus isn't too far either.

Getting into the city center was easy with the 10, 40, and 5 routes nearby. The X96 goes straight from the airport to Hotel X96, which was handy. A taxi from the city center to the hotel cost 15€ max. My one small complaint is that breakfast could be better.
