City Penthouse ENA

The owner, Nico, was friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. I felt more at home here than in a regular hotel room because the place has so much character and is equipped with things travellers often find missing. The room was comfy, with a nice kitchenette area, a table, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The massive terrace has 360 views of Kalamatta and the mountains. I really enjoyed my stay.

We had an amazing stay for more than ten days, and the only thing we wanted when leaving was to come back as soon as we can. Nico was always available for advice, and his guest book is full of great recommendations. The rooftop terrace is very private, with the best views, and you can sunbathe there too. Nico kindly provided long chairs and beach towels. The place is clean, tastefully furnished, and has everything you might need for a short or longer stay. The bathroom is huge, with plenty of cupboards, and the bed is very comfortable, which matters on a longer visit. Nico’s place is ideally situated between the Old town and the seafront, with little shops, bakeries, traditional tavernas, takeaways, cafés, and a couple of supermarkets nearby. Thank you 🙏🏼 I & R

The apartment was perfectly appointed for a couple and had everything we needed. Nico was a very attentive and helpful host, and I can’t recommend him or the apartment enough. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The huge wraparound terrace gives 360 degree views and endless sunshine, and it’s surely one of the best vantage points over beautiful Kalamata.

Nico was a great host, welcoming and full of useful information. The bed was comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and we had all the amenities we wanted. There were also lots of unexpected little touches that made our stay really enjoyable. Everything was perfect, and it was an excellent place to stay.
