The beach was only 100m away, and we could wake up to beautiful water views. With a market and bakery around the corner and gyros and freddo cappuccinos across the road, the location was so convenient. The house was spotless, well equipped, and set among lovely, peaceful gardens with fruit trees. Those figs were truly life-changing! Panos made the stay special from the start, greeting us with thoughtful treats and making sure we had what we needed. His recommendations for restaurants, day trips, and local spots made exploring easy. His generosity, kindness, and attention to detail made the trip unforgettable. We left feeling recharged and are already planning to return next year.

Kalamata, with its shops and interesting places, is nearby, and the house is well placed for exploring the Peloponnesian area. Panos sent clear, easy-to-follow instructions and checked in with us, along with suggestions for sightseeing and local amenities. He also left a generous welcome pack of local goodies. I recommend the Victoria Karelias museum and the farmers market. Thanks, Panos.

The garden is beautiful and very well kept, and the water views are visible from almost every level. The beach is within walking distance, with some of the cleanest, nicest swimming I’ve experienced. Panos was attentive and caring, and clearly wanted us to have a comfortable, enjoyable stay. He replied promptly and shared plenty of local sightseeing and attraction recommendations. We’ll definitely stay with Panos again next time we visit.

The host was lovely, always kind and quick to answer questions, and the house had everything we needed to feel at home. We especially enjoyed the charming garden. The sea is just 150 meters away, with a breathtaking view. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return.

We had a great stay with my wife and our two younger daughters. Panos communicated really well and was an excellent host. The beach, coffee and bakery, mini grocery, and gyro spot are all a 100-150m walk away. Highly recommend, and we’ll stay again when we’re back in the area.
