The staff made everything easy. They were kind, knew the area and what visitors need, and gave us flexible help and useful local tips. I felt very lucky to meet such lovely people and find this special place. The location is right in the center, and the atmosphere is amazing. The beds, bathroom and kitchen were comfortable and had everything we needed. Location, service and rooms were all just perfect.

The balcony view was beautiful, and the location made it easy to get to lots of good restaurants. I stayed at Meteora Central Hostel on 27-28 March 2026 and had a wonderful time. The owner is so humble and kind, and made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. He and his wife were both warm and friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure guests were comfortable and happy. Right in the middle of Kalabaka town, this was one of my best hostel experiences in Greece. Stella and her husband were wonderful hosts and showed us a shortcut up to the Meteora Monastries. I enjoyed meeting the other traveler and the host herself. The bed was soft, the WC stayed clean and fresh all day, and you can cook in the kitchen and hang out with others. Thanks for a great stay.

I showed up without a booking and Stella welcomed me straight into a dorm. Her advice and tips about Meteora were spot on and really helpful. The hostel was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. I had an excellent experience at Meteora Central Hostel. Highly recommend.

The owner was so kind, and everything about the accommodation was good. My bus got in early, so they let me check in ahead of time. The next day I checked out around 9 am to visit the monastery, then came back at about 2 PM. They let me use the kitchen, which meant I could enjoy my leftovers for a comfortable late lunch. Come and experience their wonderful hospitality and kindness~^^
