The room was very basic, with thin walls. We could hear people talking and music from the neighboring rooms and outside. The terrace is misleading, it isn't near the room. There was no fly screen, fan, or air conditioning. In the summer heat, the owner's suggestion to open the windows wasn't particularly helpful. WiFi only worked on the bottom level, far from the room, so it was basically unavailable. The room was expensive for what you get. Getting there is also a challenge. It's about a 10 minute walk from where you park, up and down cobbled streets, which wasn't made clear beforehand and isn't convenient. The drive to town is long and winding, and there's very little infrastructure, with no supermarket. A bell rings every hour, day and night, the number of rings matching the hour :/.

The friendly host even made us a VEGAN breakfast specially. The common area is spacious, the rooms are traditional, and the bed was very comfortable. There was a nice view, too. Our room felt a bit cold and damp, though. The hot water lasted for just one and a half showers. There was no hairdryer in the room, and none was provided when we asked.
