Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort & Villas

The beach was my favourite spot at the resort, peaceful and relaxing. We also had plenty of restaurants to choose from, with lots of variety, though some meals felt small for their price. What really made our family holiday was how the staff treated us. Everyone, from the pool bar team to the rest of the hotel staff, was friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. Jason the lifeguard deserves a special mention. He was hardworking, approachable, and cheerful every day, and added a lot to the poolside atmosphere. The team also surprised my daughter for her birthday by decorating a breakfast table for her, which meant a lot to us. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily, with a beautiful view of the main pool. We would return without hesitation and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes.

The team at Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort & Villas made our stay really memorable. The staff were warm and welcoming, and made me feel valued as an individual. The resort and its facilities had everything we needed, and the surroundings were beautiful. I came away very happy and will definitely return.

The rooms were comfortable and always spotless, with the minibar replenished regularly. They are a little dated, though: the showers are old and set over bathtubs, which doesn't feel quite up to today's standard. It's a small complaint given how well everything else was looked after. We spent every day at the main buffet rather than trying the other restaurants. The food was varied and delicious, from breakfast through dinner, and an easy 10/10 for us. Staff throughout the hotel, including reception, housekeeping, restaurants, and management, were consistently friendly and attentive. The pebble beach is no more than a two-minute walk and you can reach it without leaving the hotel grounds. There's not much to explore on foot nearby, but the bus to Lindos is easy and the historic village and Acropolis are lovely to see. At the resort, there are pool and beach bars, afternoon food by the beach, playgrounds, and plenty of sports. We could eat, exercise, or relax as we liked. Thanks to the wonderful team, we'll be back.

Getting around was easy: the resort is a short bus ride from Lindos town, and the staff helped us arrange taxis and boat trips and figure out public transport. The facilities were good too. Highly recommend it for a relaxing break.
