The owner was really friendly, spoke English, Greek, and Italian, and had useful suggestions for places to eat. We also liked having a fridge, sink, and balcony in the room, and being able to ask for extra towels or blankets. Free parking across the street made arrival easy. It’s just a block from the beach, with most essentials within walking distance, so we barely needed the car. The property felt fresh and new, and our room was spotless and well kept. There were a couple of brief hot water outages in the mornings, and the bathroom bin was small. Those were minor issues for us, though. If the bin size matters, you may want to bring a small garbage bag. Amelia Sun Beach Luxury Studios was a comfortable, convenient base for our beach getaway, and we’d happily recommend it.

The staff were so kind and nice, and the villa was clean and lovely. The beach is less than a minute away. The only issue was the weak internet. I recommend it.

Spiros and his crew deserve congratulations. The staff’s hospitality went beyond what we expected, and both the accommodation and location were great.
