Venezia Luxury Living Grand Master Villa With Private Pool

We stayed for 10 days and really appreciated having a full-size fridge and freezer after doing a big shop at the superstore, about a 15-20 minute drive away. The kitchen also has a dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine. There are complimentary coffee pods, tea, and coffee on arrival, then you need to restock yourself. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has electric shutters, so we all slept really well. We also found the drying rack and pegs useful, and there was a complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge when we arrived. We came late in the evening but could buy milk and a few drinks at the 24 hour shop in the hotel reception, so we could relax with fresh coffee in the morning. This is a great self-catering villa for a family of four. We chose it for the space and the chance to try local restaurants instead of eating at the hotel every day. It’s 5 minutes from central Faliraki and close to shops and beaches. There are about seven units around 50 m from the main hotel resort, and guests can use the resort facilities, including several pools. One thing I’d flag is that we thought we’d booked a villa with its own pool because all the photos showed pools. It’s easy to misunderstand, so check that the facilities you want are included. We had a large private jacuzzi, while some units have their own swimming pool.

The villa’s pool, views, jacuzzi, barbecue, and outdoor dining area were simply amazing, and there’s plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. It’s a beautiful, tastefully designed place with everything we wanted except a dishwasher. The location is great for exploring the island, and there are lots of supermarkets within a five minute drive. Seva welcomed us, was very helpful, easy to reach by text, and quick to respond. The beds are large and comfortable, and every room has air conditioning. We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday.

The rest of the grand master villa was really, really nice, but the Wi-Fi inside wasn’t good at all. We also had trouble with the jacuzzi being cold, and I hope they fix that soon. The jacuzzi needs improvement.

The owner couldn’t do enough for us. Thanks to Takis, George, and Sylvia. It was worth every penny: I looked around for two minutes after arriving, then went straight to reception to book for next year. I’ve even booked the villa next door, though they haven’t started renovating it yet. I can’t wait to come back.
