The outdoor pools, heated and unheated, were lovely, especially at 7am. We also appreciated the plentiful beach towels and the high-quality food, with lots of it. The hotel is beautifully appointed and the hospitality was excellent. It’s expensive, but I felt it was worth the money. The music played loudly until 11pm every night, so ask for a room away from the centre if that might bother you. Housekeeping was a little inconsistent, though many other things made up for it. We had a leg massage after running the Rhodes 10km. Spa treatments were available, but I wouldn’t pay extra to use the facilities: the jacuzzi and massage pools were cold and seemed a little dirty. One small personal gripe was the sunbed reservation system. Poolside beds were limited in the afternoons, but we went out of season and could find beds on the beach. These are just a few minor points for a rounded view. I’d absolutely recommend the hotel and return. I’d also love to visit the grand when it reopens, as it’s a little more central for the old town.

I keep coming back to Ouzeri Majorica because of Rica, George, Luli and Nana. They looked after me so thoughtfully and made my birthday feel really special. It felt like I’d made friends, not just shared a meal. The Pita Corner (ouzeri) service was attentive from the moment I arrived, and the food was made with great ingredients and care. The setting was relaxed and lovely. The hotel itself has spacious, beautifully designed rooms and so many facilities, including a gym, spa, convenient stores, car hire desk, several pools, and restaurants. It’s between Rhodes Old Town and Lindos, with direct beach access. The impressive pool area and beach bar added to the stay, especially thanks to the lively bartenders Jordan and Vaggela. A fantastic five-star experience. Everything felt right, and I’ll definitely return. ❤️

The staff were wonderful, especially the concierge, who arranged our early transport to the Tui Rhodes Marathon. We also loved the location, near a lovely park with peacocks and close to Rhodes town center. The hotel looks stunning, and our room was spacious and exceptionally comfortable. The food was phenomenal, particularly at the a la carte restaurants. What a stay, highly recommended!

We had a brilliant holiday with the kids. The staff were attentive and friendly, the rooms lovely with breathtaking views, and the fresh food was really tasty. Anna and Rania at Reception were so helpful and welcoming from our first day. The hotel’s service was excellent throughout. Breakfast was superb too. Panagiotis was patient and attentive, and the buffet had an exceptional spread. 100% recommend. Thank you Alila for an unforgettable holiday 🤍
