My family and I were very happy with our stay at the Samos City Hotel. We had to add days because of unexpected extreme weather, and the staff were incredibly supportive and helpful. Our renovated room felt cozy and warm, and the food at breakfast and in the restaurant was delicious. My daughter also took part in educational play with a teacher and other students. That was offered almost every day, for four hours in the morning and another four in the evening. I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

The rooftop bartender was especially courteous, and the staff in general were polite. Breakfast was mediocre, with plenty of items but nothing that tasted good except the warm milk. There seems to be a sewer problem at the hotel. As soon as we opened our room door, the smell was overwhelming. Staff told us it was a citywide issue. The balcony chairs were flimsy and broken, and it's surprising nobody got hurt by the wobbly chairs. I was also bitten by ants in the room overnight.

The roof bar is exceptional. In one of the oldest historic buildings in Samos Town, renovations have made the rooms comfortable while keeping the history, and the building overlooks a beautiful natural bay.

Simply the best, with a unique view, great service, a fantastic breakfast, and excellent bar-cafe and restaurants. Nothing could be better. Excellent.

The food was fine, but the cafe visit was a letdown. We went on a weekday at about 10 in the morning. The waitress and waiter were friendly and took our order quickly, yet a basic omelette and salad took half an hour to come out. Our drinks were forgotten and showed up even later. Paying was another wait, with a messy queue. The cashier first asked for 46 euros, then changed it to 32 after I pointed out the listed prices. I’m leaving this here because Google Maps didn’t have a separate listing for the hotel cafe.
