The host was lovely and answered our questions quickly, whether we were asking about transport or something else. The apartment was comfortable, with a great view of the sea and the beach only steps away. Daily cleaning, a good shower, and air conditioning made things easy. We did miss having a working microwave or stove to warm food. Apart from that, it felt like a fair choice for the price, and I’d recommend it.

We came back a year later and had another good stay. The room was longer, and the kitchenette was better. On our first visit the apartment was tiny, though the location, about 40 m from the sea, was hard to beat. The shower and toilet area had been renovated and felt up to date, while the living room was small and the kitchenette dated. The price was good both times.

Pantelis was so friendly and helpful. The room was modern and very clean, and the apartments sit right on the beach, with shops, bars, and restaurants close by. Such a good place to stay.

Our flight with Transavia was cancelled at the last minute, and we managed to get 3 rooms at Akti Galinis for our family, children included. Johanna, the owner, was kind, professional, and direct, and she even arranged taxis to the airport. The rooms are simple, but the setting is very peaceful. The beach is about a 30-second walk away, with a few tavernas and deckchairs for a quiet break. Thanks again for the warm welcome.

The view from the clean apartment was amazing, and everything in the area was close enough that we really didn’t need the car. I’ve been travelling around Greece for a couple of years, and the owners gave us the best hospitality I’ve experienced. I’d recommend staying here without a doubt.
