Kalives Orchard Villas

It's a gorgeous, very modern villa. The mountains nearby make for lovely rural views, and the next door show and chickens complete the scene. The place is a little outside town, so it's quiet at night, but I wouldn't recommend walking in summer heat, especially with some inclines. Our upstairs room opened onto a patio through sliding doors, a wonderful place to watch the stars late at night. The thick walls and well-sealed windows kept the August cicadas out completely. There were lots of towels and good pillows. The windows can open both vertically and horizontally, which I love and wish we had at home. The little cooling unit worked so well we had to turn it warmer. As is often the case in foreign rooms, there weren't enough electrical outlets. The pool was fabulous, with a huge patio downstairs. The washer worked great, and the drying rack was good. We had a super pleasant stay.
