Felicity Villas

Kamari was such a cute, quaint place to stay, and the villa is just a five-minute walk from the black beach, shops and restaurants. It was a great way to enjoy Santorini without the crowds of Oia. The villa itself is gorgeous, with sunrise views from the balconies. The clean grounds have a pool with loungers and seating, plus a play area for little kids. It’s very family friendly, and the daily housekeeping, including cleaning and fresh linens, was the best I’ve ever had. Mrs. Maria and her husband were so kind and helpful. They live right near the door, and when we arrived very early expecting to leave our bags and wait, they let us in and had the villa cleaned ahead of schedule so we could check in. They brought fresh fruit, pointed out where to shop and find the beach, and were available whenever we needed anything.

We stayed for a whole week and felt right at home. The villa’s rooms, cleanliness, facilities and pool were all lovely, but the host’s warm hospitality stood out most. There were no complaints, just good things to say. Some days we stayed inside instead of going to the beach, and still didn’t feel we were missing out. Such a delight. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it.

We stayed in the charming villa Victoria, and I’m already looking forward to coming back next year. Gregory and Margarita are a wonderful couple and kind, helpful hosts who are always ready with advice. We also had the pleasure of meeting Gregory’s son George and his family. My husband loved the fruit trees and was often offered grapes. The pool is warm and a good size, with enough room to swim or play ball. There’s a large supermarket a short walk away, and the beach, with plenty of restaurants, is five minutes on foot.

Kamari was a great choice for a relaxing beach holiday. We could walk to the beach, bars and shops in five minutes, and the supermarket was two minutes away. We were glad to return to the villa to unwind after visiting busy, hot Oia and Firá. The island is small and easy to get around, and we hired quad bikes, which were handy and easy to park. Villa Gregory exceeded what we expected. It had everything we needed, plus extras like bathrobes and slippers. The modern villa and bathrooms were very clean, and it was cleaned every day. The owners were discreet but always there if we needed them, and they made sure everything was right. They even cooked us a tasty cake and savory snacks. The pool and its surrounding area were fabulous, with plenty of loungers and a really relaxing feel. I can’t fault Felicity Villas and highly recommend a stay.
