We loved our stay here. The staff were polite and helpful, breakfast was excellent, and the pool area was beautiful, with a refreshingly cool pool. The hotel also has its own beach right in front, so we enjoyed swimming in the sea too. We’d suggest booking a room with an ocean or pool view. You won’t regret it!

We loved Kamari Beach Hotel when we visited seven years ago, but this stay was a disaster. The sea-view room’s air conditioning barely worked, the hallway smelled strongly of smoke, and the bathroom water stopped completely. After we complained several times, we were moved to another room where the air conditioning and water worked, but the shower wouldn’t drain, so we had to stand in ankle-deep water. The management made it worse. They responded to every problem with excuses or blame. We had to accept a downgraded room, and the manager refused when I asked for a refund of the price difference. Kamari Beach Hotel no longer feels like the charming oasis it used to be. Save yourself the frustration and book at Afrodite Hotel next door, or somewhere else in Kamari.

The views are stunning, the setting is peaceful, and the location is great. Staff were friendly and helpful, and a few small service problems were sorted quickly. The room was basic but fine, though the en-suite was very cramped, with barely room to move. It was very clean overall. The hotel food was mediocre. Santorini is a beautiful place for a few days of sightseeing.

We were a large group, and the staff went above and beyond to help us, even having the luggage boys do Spider-Man level parkour with all our bags. Every staff member was smiling and there to support us. The food options and pool were magnificent too. Kamari Beach was such a memorable place to stay. We hope to return before too long. Thank you!
