The room wasn’t modern, but it was very clean. The pool was a lovely place to have morning coffee or evening cocktails, and the hotel’s location worked well for us: close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, while far enough from the busy town to feel tucked away. It was also a good base for wandering the charming streets and heading out on excursions. At Maria Perka, the staff were the real highlight. We were greeted with warm smiles when we arrived, and everyone, from reception to the restaurant servers, did their best to make sure we were comfortable. The welcome, service, and hospitality made a big difference to our stay. My recent trip to Greece felt like a dream, and this hotel was a big part of it. I’d recommend it without hesitation and can’t wait to return.

Really great place, with the black beach only a minute or two away on foot. The staff are lovely and the pool is awesome. My only complaint is that the tap and shower water tastes salty. A filter would be great.

The staff made me feel cared for throughout my stay at Maria Preka Hotel. It’s a clean, pretty place with a cute interior and an exterior in the Santorini style. The sea is very close, and there’s a pool of its own. Breakfast is small but satisfying. I’d especially suggest it for a family trip. I was happy staying here and highly recommend it.

The location was so convenient, with the bus stop two minutes away, the beach one minute away, and supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants right nearby. Amelia's across the road was a great choice for dinner. I’m really glad we stayed here and would happily come back to Preka Maria. Fotini, Felita, and Ionnis were wonderful, especially Fotini, who arranged boat and bus tours and taxis for the wedding we were attending. She knew the whole area and happily answered all my many questions. Our room was cleaned daily by a lovely woman, and the kitchenette came in handy. They brought extra hangers and an iron straight away when we asked. Ionnis gave excellent service by the pool, and the hot chocolate there was among the best I’ve tasted. Thank you, we had a fantastic stay.

A hidden gem, with lovely staff and a beautiful pool. It’s close to everything on foot, including the city bus. The rooms look new and have little kitchenettes. I’d stay here again and again.
