Rivari Hotel

The pool, especially with a bar, was a really nice thing to have, and the hotel was quiet. It's a little outside the city, but not too far away. We stayed for five days and enjoyed our time in the beautiful town. Breakfast was good, though I wish allergens were listed by the food. There was no written information, and when we asked, staff didn't know what was in it. Apart from that, it was a fantastic stay. Recommend.

A good hotel in a flat area, so no hills. It's near the beach and bus stop, and the pool has plenty of space, great views, plus drinks and food by the pool. Rooms were clean. Bring water with you, as the hotel doesn't offer it.

We were a large group, around 20 rooms, staying at Rivari Santorini Hotel for an island event. It worked really well for us, especially the families with children. The rooms were comfortable, there's a nice pool, and it's an easy eight-minute walk to the beach. A supermarket and bus stop are nearby. The staff stood out. They handled every request with professionalism and warmth, and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and more. Paraskevi C. (Reservations Manager), Dina from the Front Office, and Mr. Ilias from Reservations were all fantastic. They made arranging a group this size effortless. We felt looked after throughout our stay and would happily return to Rivari Santorini. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a quiet, safe area, about a 10-minute walk to the beach and close to supermarkets. The people nearby were friendly and respectful, and I felt no crime or discomfort around there. For the price, the quality is excellent. I had a really happy stay and would recommend it. Thank you to the whole team at Rivari Santorini! Theano welcomed us from the start and was kind, attentive, and professional. When I accidentally left some food on the terrace and there was a small issue, she quickly sorted it out and made sure I got the same food again. I really appreciated that. In the afternoons Dina and Aurel were friendly and helpful too. One day we brought food from outside, and they happily gave us cutlery with a smile. Spyros at the pool bar was fantastic, very attentive and full of great drink recommendations. His service added to the relaxed pool atmosphere. The facilities are well maintained, the rooms are spectacular, and everything stays clean. The pool is a lovely place to relax, and breakfast has lots of variety. The hotel itself is beautiful.
