Theo is what makes Studios Marios stand out. He goes above and beyond, offering useful tips on where to eat and what to see, and adds thoughtful touches that make you feel cared for. His warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm for making guests feel at home are rare, even at luxury hotels. The location is another real plus. Kamari Beach is a short stroll away, along with a lively promenade of restaurants, cafés, and shops, but the property itself stays peaceful. The rooms are spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped. Many have balconies or terraces where you can enjoy the calm of Kamari. Studios Marios has the feel of a family-run place with high-end standards. I wanted to come back before I'd even left.

Enjoyable stay, with good cleaning staff and Theo at reception. The little hotel has a nice pool area, and the top floor offers a good sea view. It's close to the seafront and restaurants, and the bus stop for Fira is nearby at the end of the street.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, and Theo is an absolute star with his recommendations for places to go and restaurants. When the TUI transfer didn't show up, we called him after he'd finished work and he sorted out a taxi to the airport straight away. Amazing place.

It's a perfect spot, just steps from the beach, and my sea view room was well worth booking even though the balcony wasn't very big. The bed was large and comfortable, and the room was cleaned daily. The cleaners were friendly and didn't come too early. I got a friendly welcome and was shown how the keys and balcony doors worked. Simple things, but a nice touch. The gentleman at reception and behind the bar was always ready with suggestions for what to do, where to eat, and other useful advice about Kamari.

Kamari is a beautiful resort, and this time of year is perfect there. I just got back after 7 nights at studios marios, a lovely small hotel apartment. It was spotlessly clean, with really helpful and friendly staff, and less than a 1 minute walk from the beach and restaurants. I'd highly recommend it.
