We paid nearly €2,000 for the “luxury” stay advertised at Etereo Suite, and it turned into a nightmare. There was mold in the AC, which I see as a serious health risk. The water system kept failing: the heater wouldn’t work, the pressure was inconsistent and often just a dribble, and showering was impossible. Amenities were broken all over the place, and the privacy, Wi-Fi, and replenishments didn’t match what was advertised. The lack of those things made the stay really uncomfortable and awkward. When we raised these problems, the property marked us as a “No Show.” That was false. We stayed there, interacted with staff, and have photos to prove it. This felt dishonest and, in my view, fraudulent. The whole stay was stressful and unhealthy, the opposite of what we’d been promised. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else. This place is a scam. If the property refunds me, I’d consider removing this evidence.

We knew we were staying somewhere close to nature, but this was a rough stay. Rain came in under the door and left a puddle in the room, there was an ant hill coming from the sink, and dead bugs were between the towels. We also had a power outage. Those weren't things we wanted to deal with on a trip.

The pool view was idyllic, and the staff made us feel so welcome with how kind they were. We stayed for our honeymoon and loved it. It was just perfect, and I really can't recommend the place enough.

We came back for a second stay and celebrated our 10th anniversary here. The staff welcomed us so warmly. Our suite was huge, with stylish, upscale decor and a lovely atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was quiet and soothing. I think it's one of the best on the island. We'll definitely return next year!
