The staff were really kind, and I can accept that the room wasn't cleaned daily or that the buffet repeated itself, even if that's not what I'd expect from a four-star resort. The shared areas were the real problem: poolside tables felt sticky, the self-service bar had dirt and rubbish left around for days, and the coffee machine was greasy and crusted over. I wouldn't want to put my cup on it. At breakfast, the sauce and jam bowls clearly weren't being changed, and even the spoon felt sticky when I first touched it. I ate very little because I was worried about getting sick. The loungers by both the beach and pool were old, broken, and patched up.

The beach setup was a mess: there are 16 umbrellas with loungers, and they were all obviously broken. If you don't claim a place by 8 in the morning, you won't find one. The food was awful too. We were on all-inclusive, but after a few days of tummy aches, heartburn, and repeated bathroom trips, we stopped using it and went out to eat. Cleanliness was the worst part, from the coffee and soda machines to the greasy, sticky tables. I don't know what they mean by a 4-star resort. I'd recommend it to my worst enemy.

The room was clean and had everything we needed, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved the view from the pool and being right by the beach. There's a cute tavern and coffee shop next door too. I'd definitely recommend it for a relaxed family break.

The staff were friendly and ready to help, and there are plenty of nice, inexpensive taverns along the beach, so paying €25/person for the hotel's full board doesn't seem necessary. The room was spacious enough, though the furniture felt old-fashioned. Bathroom tiles were old, and the cold water at the sink didn't work at all, which made washing my hands and face quite an experience. The pool area is alright, but its tiles are extremely slippery and dangerous. The hotel is only near the beach, with a road between them. It's a mediocre hotel.

I arrived really late about a month ago, without a booking, and luckily they still had a room. The manager and staff welcomed me so warmly. Dinner and breakfast were perfect. Don't miss the turtles poking their heads out, and if you're lucky, you might see one at the beach. Thanks for everything, and all the best ❤️
