My partner and I were meant to stay last September, but our ferry was cancelled because of strong winds and bad weather on the day we were due to reach the island. We tried to find another ferry for the next day, but the first one available was four days later, which would have left us with just one day in Milos. We told the owner right away and asked to cancel and receive a full refund because of the unusual situation. He refused. Our cancellation policy clearly said we could get 50% back if we cancelled that day, and nothing back if we simply failed to show up. The next day, Booking.com emailed to ask why we hadn't arrived, which confused me because I'd already told the owner and cancelled the day before. I tried to contact the property, but my Booking chat had disappeared. When I called, the lady deliberately hung up on me. I then contacted Booking.com. They tried several times to reach the hotel and persuade them to refund 50%, but couldn't. We had to cancel the trip and lost the full reservation amount. I strongly don't recommend this hotel. The owners are VERY DISHONEST.

We had a good time here. The room was very clean and had a nice view, and the owner and his family were kind and helpful.

The room was neat and very clean. It was cleaned and the towels were changed each day.

The hosts were very helpful, and the port was just a five-minute drive away. The prices felt very reasonable for the island, and I couldn't find anything negative during my stay. The standout is the view over Adamas Bay. The rooms are beautiful and well cared for, with Cycladic colors. They were cleaned daily, and the sheets and towels smelled lovely and fresh. Great value for money, highly recommended!
