What a dreamy stay! The spacious, clean apartments have big terraces that open right onto the pool and breakfast area. Breakfast was great and cost just 10€ per person. The hotel sits on a hill in northern Crete, with lovely views of the sea and the nearby city. The building itself is beautiful.

You can really feel that this is a family-run place. Stelios was kind and welcoming, and made the whole trip feel special. The place was clean and cozy, with a warm atmosphere. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend it.

Stelios went out of his way to make us feel welcome and shared great tips for our visit. We really enjoyed our stay, and the location was perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we'd happily come back.

We booked one of the lower two-bed apartments under the pool lounge, and at first we weren't sure about it. It isn't as photogenic as some other rooms, but it came with a private lawn looking onto a seating area and a private driveway for our rental car. On nights we cooked in the kitchenette, eating outside at the lit table was lovely. We were genuinely happy with the apartment. The pool was great, and the whole complex was pretty and well maintained. We also recommend breakfast. It was balanced and set us up for the day. Car rental is a good idea, and the patrons, a brother and sister, arranged one for us after I asked on our first day. It was delivered straight to the hotel the next day. There's a good bus service to Chania, but otherwise a car makes getting around much easier, even for picking up supplies at local shops so you don't have to carry them back up the hill. The patrons were lovely and keen to help us see local attractions. On the one day we had no plans, they suggested local caves, an ancient olive tree, and an olive oil factory with tasting rooms. We had a wonderful time and got some great photos. They also gave us a lift to the transfer collection point when it was time to leave. I felt like we got to know them, and they were happy to help in any way. If you get the chance, you'll probably make friends with the local dog too. She'd trot over to our apartment when we got back from trips, say hello, then leave us to it shortly after.
