We visited twice while travelling in northern Greece. The hotel is right by the lake, with beautiful scenery, friendly staff and great food.

The view from the room and balcony is wonderful, especially at sunrise over the lake. The location is perfect, and the room is really an apartment, large and equipped to a very high standard. Service goes above and beyond, with everything handled patiently and with a smile. There's a restaurant on site, plus a great spot to have coffee or another drink, all served with kindness. Valentina is a smiling, kind-hearted angel who takes care of everything, especially if you need gluten-free food. I'd highly recommend it for couples, families or solo travelers like me. We found it a very comfortable place for any kind of group, and just as good for a solo trip to clear your head. What really stood out was the care from the people running it. Our car got stuck in mud near the lake, almost 30 minutes from the hotel. The hotel manager and owner came all the way out with the owner's 4x4 truck instead of leaving us to wait for roadside help. They spent over an hour tying our car to the truck and pulling us free, beating the insurance company that was supposed to handle it. The service and help were outstanding, and Valentina made wonderful homemade breakfasts. That level of care is rare. This is a comfortable place run by people who truly care about the property and their guests.

The lake view from the hotel is breathtaking, and the location is amazing. Breakfast comes with plenty of handmade treats to try, plus a good range of coffee. You can even make Greek coffee in hot sand if you like. We stayed as two, and have only good things to say: the staff were excellent, polite and ready to help. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and there's a fireplace waiting to be lit in winter. The shower is roomy and ergonomic too. The whole hotel is in great shape and feels cozy and relaxing. I'd recommend considering a stay.
