We planned on staying two nights, then added two more. The staff, beds, pool, and breakfast were all wonderful, and we got a really good deal for the four nights, which made the stay even nicer.

I was warmly welcomed at reception when I arrived. The room was tidy and very clean, and breakfast was delicious. I’d definitely recommend this place.

The breakfast room had a sewage smell, and the yogurt made both my travel companion and me ill. Breakfast choices were very limited. Around the pool, there was the same noticeable smell, and the loungers were dirty. The beds were so uncomfortable that we woke up with back pain every day, which really affected our sleep. We were disappointed with the stay and felt the hotel fell short of a reasonable standard and our expectations. We wouldn't return or recommend it.

The location was magnificent, and the pool area was great. Our room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the staff were lovely and helpful.

The beach was lovely and close by, and restaurants and shops were near enough that my five-year-old never complained about the walk. We had the best vacation I've ever had and never ran into any problems. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always happy to see us, and had no problem at all when we brought our daughter. The place was clean and great value for the price. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed at, and it deserves a much higher rating. People who complain are usually the ones who start problems.
