Seven Stars

The pool and snack bar at the back were easily my favorite things here. The woman working there was wonderfully kind, spoke amazingly fluent English, and made really good food, especially the Gyros and zucchini sticks. She’s a bit crazy, in the best way. The beds are quite hard, and having a nightclub right beside the hotel can get annoying at times.

You get what you pay for, and this three-star hotel has six big stars on its facade, though one seems to have fallen off. It feels like a museum of a popular 80s hotel, mascot included. The pool was kind of nice, but the hotel overall left me uneasy. Breakfast was a joke, with almost everything inedible. The eggs were boiled so hard they were green and dry, and the dishes were hand-washed but not cleaned properly. One staff member was very unfriendly and acted almost like a principal, seeming to control everything. She tried to cheat us out of extra money and was rude throughout our stay.

The pool and its bar are great, and the staff are friendly and get you what you need. The rooms are okay and cleaned daily, except they don't clean on Wednesdays, which is strange. The jacuzzi could use a clean. Breakfast isn't great, though you can get the basics: marmalade, butter, hard-boiled eggs, toast, cheese and ham. It's an okay Greek three-star place for the price. Air conditioning costs an extra 7€ per day and the fridge is 20€ per week.

We had a roomy place with a double bed, plenty of clothes storage, air conditioning, a safe and a balcony. Outside there was a pool, jacuzzi and bar with a small food menu. The staff were helpful, and it was a very nice place to stay, definitely worth it. The shower was small, 80*80, but big enough for us. Breakfast was basic, which we expected on the low-cost last-minute trip we bought.
