Sunrise Hotel

If you’re only going to use the room to sleep, this simple hotel does the job. It has a nice view over the water and is very close to the center. The walls are paper thin, though, so light sleepers might prefer somewhere else. The TV didn’t work at all during our stay, but we didn’t mind since we weren’t there to watch TV. The staff are very polite, and breakfast is basic, just toast and a few toppings to choose from. You get what you pay for, so don’t expect anything fancy. We were happy with our stay at Sunrise :)

If luxury is what you’re after, this place won’t suit you. But if a good bed for a proper night’s sleep, a shower, a modest but decent breakfast, and wonderful staff are enough, it’s a good choice. It’s right in the town center and harbour, with all the outstanding restaurants and bars within walking distance. The beach is so close you could crawl there. After five years in a row, we still get excited when we board the plane and bus to Sunrise!!

The hotel is in a lovely spot on the marina, with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. The staff are very nice and kind. The room is simple, though, and the bed wasn’t comfortable because the mattress was hard.

The sea view was nice, and the room was okay, though it could have been cleaner. The bathroom felt old, breakfast was terribly plain, and the Wi-Fi signal was bad for most of the day.
