The setting is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and the toilets were spotless, 10 out of 10. I’d recommend the venue. I attended a wedding here, where they’d put up a tent with lights, which looked quite nice. My score is 8 out of 10. The catering and table service were a bit poor. I don’t know which catering company brought the food, but they delivered the drinks late, after serving the platters, and only when we asked. Some dishes meant to be hot arrived cold. Dessert came in plastic cups with lids and plastic spoons, and the chairs weren’t very comfortable.

The view was amazing, and the hotel sits between Karpenisi, the biggest town in the area, and the other main villages. The chalets are roomy, with plenty of outdoor space that includes a basketball court and a place to play football. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were great. We’d been disappointed by Villa Virginia in the small village of "Vouryro" before arriving, so we came to "natura chalets" feeling desperate. Luckily, it turned out to be great.

We were the only ones staying that night, but the staff still put together a huge buffet breakfast just for our group of four. They were extremely nice, and the chalets were beautiful.

Periklis, our host, was really helpful with advice about hiking routes, places to eat, and even our puppy. The breakfast was great, too. The wooden houses are detached, cozy, and a great fit for couples or families.

The residences are roomy enough for a family and still feel luxurious, with a lovely forest all around. What really stood out was the owner's hospitality and professionalism. Breakfast had homemade bread, honey, jams, and pies made from his grandmother's recipe. Five stars hardly cover it.
