You can walk to Fira in about 20 minutes, and there are shops and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The manager was really helpful and shared a great list of activities and restaurants, with discounts through their partnerships. The villa was clean, comfortable, modern, and had a good range of amenities, all for a great price. I’d recommend it if you want something more affordable within walking distance of Fira.

The hosts were warm and helpful, and the breakfast was great, definitely worth having. The room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely designed. It’s a relaxing spot for couples who want to wind down away from the busy town center. The bus stop, shops, and restaurants are just a three-minute walk away, and Fira is around 10-15 minutes on foot. I’d highly recommend it.

Having breakfast delivered to the balcony was wonderful, and the pool is a nice size for the number of guests. It really feels like a private luxury villa. The rooms are beautiful, though we would have liked a full-length mirror in ours. It’s well placed just outside the riff raff, with town a short walk away, and has everything you need for a stay in Santorini.

We stayed in the king suite in early July, not long after the place had opened, and had a wonderful time. The pool has a sea view, and from the terrace you can see fireworks in the distance at around 9 p.m. The room and pool were nice, cleaning was extraordinary, and the staff were generally very helpful. It’s within walking distance of Fira, but far enough from businesses and traffic that there’s no noise. One small drawback: there were no plates or cutlery, so you might want to buy an inexpensive fork and knife if you plan to eat in. There is a small fridge, kettle, and espresso machine.

Emilios and the team surprised me with a birthday cake during my birthday weekend, which was so thoughtful and completely unexpected. The room was tidy and clean, housekeeping came promptly, and breakfast was good. The team were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and happy to recommend things we needed. The location was handy too, not far from central Fira or the airport.
