Chrysoula made us feel like special guests, and each day she put together a delicious breakfast with both sweet and savoury options. We had a lovely few days at Evais Boutique Houses. Our ground floor family room was spacious, cozy and comfortable, with luxurious touches throughout. The location worked well, close to the city and beach, with a parking lot nearby. I’d strongly recommend Evais and will definitely return. Thank you, Chrysoula!

The accommodation at Evais Boutique Houses was the highlight of our holiday in Karystos. Chrysoula was so attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was just right. The decorating was beautiful, and the location was perfect, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. My husband and I highly recommend Evais Boutique Houses, and Karystos too! 🇬🇷

We felt at home the whole time, from the warm welcome to the tips about beaches and restaurants, and we’ll definitely come back. The jacuzzi overlooking the sunset was a lovely bonus. Breakfast arrived at whatever time we chose, matched our food preferences, and changed daily, with fresh pastries, eggs, yoghurt, orange juice and more. Our room was cleaned beautifully each day, with toiletries and water topped up. We were upgraded after a cancellation to a maisonette, and spent ages looking at all its details when we arrived. Even the regular double room had been gorgeous. The new building is in a quiet area, with parking by the door and an elevator. Everything in the room was provided, including an espresso machine, air conditioning, automatic blinds, hairdryer, iron and drying rack. There’s nothing here that isn’t done to perfection. The place is an easy choice if you’re staying in Evia.

Chrysoula made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and helped with anything we needed. The apartments are spacious, quiet, very clean and beautifully decorated, with all the facilities you could want. The harbour and town centre are an easy walk away. Breakfast was superb, with a wide range of delicious dishes and something different each day. We had a wonderful time in Karystos and hope to return soon.

We’re back for a third year in a row, and Chrysoula is still brilliant and very accommodating. The place is newly built, very clean and decorated with great taste. Breakfast is amazing. Karystos town centre is close by, with plenty of restaurants and cafes, and many beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. Highly recommend!
