Diamantis Studios

We had a relaxing stay in late April, when the place was quiet and the weather was still improving. There was a small supermarket, bakery and one restaurant a few minutes away, but most things were closed until nearer mid-May. You’ll need a car to get into town. The family were welcoming, helpful and informative. When a thunderstorm kept us from having breakfast outside by the pool, they offered to bring it to our room. We hired bikes and explored the island too. We’re not sure what it’s like in the busier season, but our stay was peaceful and easy.

We loved how welcoming this family-run place was, with that warm Greek hospitality. Breakfast was delicious, and the family gave us a map with suggestions for places to see, things to do and restaurants. Everything they recommended was top class. Our room was spacious, spotless and decorated in a modern, stylish way. It’s an easy walk to two beaches and several tavernas, and we enjoyed exploring Naxos by car. Having a car really helps you appreciate the island and all it offers. The family also runs a car rental business.

The room and property were clean, comfortable and well maintained, and breakfast was tasty and a great start to the day. We stayed at Diamantis for eight lovely days, away from the busy centre of Naxos town but still close to beaches, tavernas and supermarkets. Renting a car from Diamantis was easy and a very good price. Thanks to Nikos and Adonia for a lovely stay!

Antonia made us feel at home right from the start. She’s kind, welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. The house itself is incredible, with a peaceful, safe atmosphere, and everything was perfectly clean. We slept so well in the quiet, and the breakfast was very nice. Antonia can also arrange scooters and cars, and she was ready to pick us up at the airport. We had an amazing time and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Naxos. It really felt like a little piece of paradise, and we’ll come back for another holiday.
