The Key

We were happy staying four days without a car since we just wanted to relax, though I’d suggest renting one for a longer stay or if you want to explore the island. The beach and some very nice seafront tavernas are only about a five-minute walk away. Staff were lovely, room service came on time, and breakfast was delicious. Our swim-up pool room was to die for, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

We had an amazing stay in Naxos at a beautiful place, with great design in the rooms, shared areas, and pool. Their own à la carte restaurant was a real plus: tasty food and very fair prices, I’d say even better than in town. The young woman working mornings and evenings was great, always smiling and with good English.

The staff deserve a huge thank you. Everyone was polite, friendly, and ready to help, and the hotel was equipped with open spaces to enjoy the local nature and marvelous views. The rooms felt luxurious, comfortable, cozy, and sophisticated. The Key hotel in Naxos exceeded every expectation and offered excellent value. The pool and those comfortable sunbeds were such a treat, and there are more sunbeds at nearby Mikri Vigla beach. We stayed for a week and loved the spacious, beautifully designed rooms spread over two floors. Everything was spotless, and the whole team was friendly and happy to help, whether with room service or tips for exploring the island. Breakfast had a great range of tasty choices. You can feel the high standards as soon as you walk into reception. We hope to return next year; the stay surpassed what we expected.
