Pension Titika

George, Titika, and their family go the extra mile whenever we return each year. This guesthouse has sea views and feels like home. As soon as you set foot on katolpula soil, your worries seem to fall away. It's magical by the sea, don't pass it by.

This will be our fourth year in a row with Titika, and we're bringing one more person this time. The house feels like home, it's kept so clean, and the beautiful garden is a little slice of heaven. The sea is only about a 30-second walk away. We love Amorgos, but Titika has won our hearts. Can't wait to come back 🫶🎉.

The hiking path to Chora starts right next to Pension Titika, and you can walk to anything else you might need. Though the harbor is only a few minutes away on foot, mister Yorgos is happy to pick you up from the ferry. Rooms all come with a fridge, plates, and cutlery, and some also have a kitchenette and hot plates. Even a shower that doesn't flood the bathroom is a special thing in Greece! The friendly welcome, range of rooms, warmly lit garden, and view over Katapola Bay make this great value. Add the birdsong and sound of the waves, and you may find yourself extending your stay, like I did. A civilized little meal at sunrise or sunset is hard to beat here. Five stars.

Titika is a very kind owner and gives you all the information you need for a lovely holiday in Amorgos. The terrace is wonderful, and the room was large, clean, and cozy, with a small kitchen and everything we needed. One of the best pensions on the island.
