Laura Beach House

Our hosts were so kind and welcoming, always around to help with local tips, restaurant suggestions, or just a friendly chat. That hospitality really made our stay special. The beach house itself was spotless, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. We loved having morning coffee on the terrace above the water, and the sunsets were unforgettable. The setting is perfect, right on the beach in Zakynthos, with beautiful sea views and waves just steps away. It felt private and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax, whether you're a couple or a family. We can't recommend it enough for a romantic break or a peaceful family holiday. A real gem.

The panoramic view was beautiful, but the stay at Laura Beach House was deeply disappointing from beginning to end. The place was visibly dirty when we arrived: the surfaces and kitchen hadn't been properly cleaned, the floors felt unswept, and the door was sticky. We spent the first hour of our vacation cleaning it ourselves, which isn't acceptable for paid accommodation. The air conditioning didn't work at first, so we had to call the host to come fix it. Even after that, it wouldn't turn on in our room if the window in the other room was open. Having to coordinate with the rest of our party just to use the AC was bizarre and inconvenient. When we raised the cleanliness issues, the host was unhelpful and quite rude. We were told to "write a bad review if we want," and they wouldn't negotiate on the price despite the state of the property. It was astonishingly poor customer service and set a terrible tone for the rest of the stay. This Airbnb was a nightmare, nowhere near the relaxing visit we'd hoped for. Between the lack of cleanliness, unpleasant and uncooperative host, and the troublesome air conditioning, I'd strongly advise people to look elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.

We spent two weeks here and had an amazing stay. The apartment had everything we needed, and the sea views were stunning, with the water right on our doorstep. It's only minutes from all amenities, and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
