The location was spot on, close to everything we needed and somehow shielded from unwanted noise. Having the local Saturday market right outside was a lovely bonus. Our room stayed spotless, the amenities were very satisfactory, and the price felt more than fair for the comfort, service, and location. Roula and the whole Deluxe Hotel team deserve recognition for their hard work. Everyone we met, from reception to housekeeping, was genuinely friendly and professional, and nothing we asked for seemed to be a problem. We stayed in May and are only writing now, but we wanted to thank them for making our time in Chania so memorable. We'll stay here again on our next visit.

For a 3-star hotel, it was fine, and the place was clean. The kitchen had the basic utensils and the bathroom was spacious, though after a shower the floor got soaked because there was no screen or curtain. The key setup was inconvenient: the room key and magnetic card were on one keychain, so if one person popped out to the shop, the other was left without a key and without electricity. There was no soundproofing either. With a family in the next room or upstairs, every step, cry, and parental shout came through. The mattress had springs, and I felt every time my husband moved. At times I couldn't tell whether it was another small earthquake or just him scrolling on his phone 😂😂😂

We had a lovely two-night stay in a spotless room with all the amenities we needed, in a great spot near the port. The cleaning lady did a wonderful job. We came back on the second day to find everything in place, and she'd even hung up some clothes we'd left on the bed. The receptionist was so sweet, helpful, and kind. Thank you ❤️

They charged us 50E in cash to unlock the entrance after the door had simply locked when it closed. They couldn't find a solution. Maybe it was a tourist scam.

The price was great, and the location is right by the center. The room and bathroom were both spacious and clean. The woman at reception was wonderful, showed us the room, and gave us a few tips on where to go in Chania. If I come back to Chania, I know where to stay.
