Cretan Berry Portou

The rooms are small, but cleverly laid out with everything you need. They’re lovely boutique rooms in the heart of Chania’s old town, with a modern shower and toilet, air conditioning, a smart TV with Netflix, and tea and coffee facilities. Our balcony looked out over a quiet square. Highly recommended.

The highlight was the birthday surprise. Mrs. Georgia decorated our room and left complimentary drinks and a bottle of wine for us. It was such a thoughtful touch and made my birthday unforgettable. I’m very grateful to her and to Cretan Berry Hotel for that. Mrs. Georgia, the manager, made us feel welcome from the start and took great care of us throughout. Her genuine warmth and Cretan hospitality came through in every interaction. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms had everything we needed, including modern furnishings, a flat-screen TV, a nepsresso machine with complimentary coffee capsules each day, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The city center location was especially convenient, with lively streets and attractions close by, yet the hotel felt peaceful and quiet. I can’t recommend Cretan Berry Hotel enough. The service, comfortable rooms, and Mrs. Georgia’s care made for a memorable stay. Cheers to Cretan Berry Hotel for being so thoughtful! 🎁🍇💫

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the cozy rooms were cleaned daily. You’re close to just about everything, and the main bus station is only a five minute walk away.

We had a lovely stay. The place is really nice, and the host was very polite and available whenever we needed them. The price was great for both the location and the size of the room. Recommended.
